Damaged, short or incorrect deliveries
Please check your delivery on receipt. Report any damaged, short-supplied or incorrect items within 48 hours with your order number and we will arrange a replacement or credit.
How to raise a return
Open the order in your trade account and submit a return request, or contact your account manager. We respond within one business day.
Credits & refunds
Approved returns are settled as an account credit or refunded to your Mobile Money / bank on file, usually within 3–5 business days of us confirming the return.
